Donald is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FourFront Management, a division of Standard Investment Bank. Having pioneered mobile/SMS trading in the country 12 years earlier, FourFront goes beyond as the first Robo-Advisor in Kenya to be recognized by the Capital Markets Authority - Kenya.
 
Donald is a board member of Standard Investment Bank, and the registered Money Laundering reporting office at Kenya’s Financial Reporting Center. Donald further heads the Risk and compliance functions for the investment bank.
Along with being a board member of Standard Investment bank, he is also a member of the board of the Nairobi Securities Exchange, and the current Chairman of the Technology and Trading Committee of the board.  
 
Donald also serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks (KASIB). Previously, he has served as the chairman of the committee overseeing the growth of long-term funding for KASIB, the Chairman of the industry committee that oversaw the removal of capital gains tax from listed market securities, and as Chairman of the Broker Back Office System (BBO) Functionality Management Committee, the system used by all stock-brokers and investment bank in Kenya.

Donald is a member of the Planning and Economic Council of the Dominican Friars of East Africa and an Advisory Board member of the East Africa Forum for Alternative Investments.  He has broad experience having served as a member of the Capital Markets Master Plan implementation group, the Central Depository and Settlement Corporate’s (CDSC) Market Operations, as well as system selection committees.

Donald holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, from Suffolk University, USA and started his career in operations at Investors Bank and Trust, USA.  He later joined PegaSystems (USA), a leader in business process automation, as a principal software engineer, leading the commercial bank cheque-processing systems team, prior to joining Standard Investment Bank.

Nancy has over 15 years’ experience in finance, accounting and administration and holds a Master of Commerce in Finance, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

He served on the boards of Kenya Commercial Bank and the Motor Trade and Allied Employers Association and is a former Treasurer of the Nairobi University Council, Trustee Nairobi University Pensions Scheme and Chairman of its Investment Committee.

Rina Hicks directs the Corporate Finance Advisory unit at Faida Investment Bank, and serves as the Operations Director responsible for firm-wide strategic planning and processes in Kenya and Rwanda. She has led the firm in carrying out several capital market transactions over the past five years, including cross listings, rights issues, fairness opinions, mergers and acquisitions, take over transactions and general capital raises in Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda. She is the founder of Money-Wise, a platform that is involved in content creation, investment coaching and training, and have increasingly become a recognized voice on financial literacy and investor education. 
Rina is the author of the book “Money-Wise: Create, Grow & Preserve Wealth” and run the YouTube Channel “Money-Wise with Rina Hicks,” which has more than 31,000 subscribers, and over 1.3 million total views from over 50 countries.

He is an Authorized Representative for the Growth Enterprise Market Segment (GEMS) of the NSE.
Mr. Mwai is the Chief Executive of AIB-AXYS Africa Ltd and is the immediate former Chairman of the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks (KASIB). He is a Board Member and Vice Chairman of the Nairobi Securities Exchange.  He has over twenty 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry including fund management and investment banking.
He has worked in various departments within the Barclays Group, including Barclays Merchant Finance Ltd (BMFL) and Barclays Dealing Centre, before joining the Barclaytrust Investment Services Group in 1998 as a Fund Manager. He served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Old Mutual Asset Managers following the acquisition of BarclayTrust by Old Mutual in October 2002 and as an Asset Allocation Strategist. He joined AIB-AXYS Africa Ltd in February 2012 from African Alliance Investment Bank where he was Chief Executive.

Kathure Nyamu is a seasoned investment banker with over 27 years’ professional experience gained at NCBA Investment Bank Ltd, CBA Capital Ltd, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte.  She has extensive corporate finance advisory experience having advised on some landmark transactions in Kenya.  Kathure is also an astute business leader, having set up two successful business lines; wealth management and stock brokerage, at the former CBA Capital Ltd, now part of NCBA Investment Bank Ltd, following the merger of Commercial Bank of Africa Group and NIC Group PLC.  She holds a B.Com (Finance) degree from the University of Nairobi. She is a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst, Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the Advanced Management Programme; a joint program between Strathmore Business School (SBS), Lagos Business School (LBS) and IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.

Ewart is currently the Chief Executive at Apollo Asset Management Company. He has over two decades’ experience in the capital markets having started out his career as an actuarial consultant with Hymans Robertson (now Zamara) before transitioning into investment banking working with African Alliance, Kestrel Capital, Dry Associates, and the Old Mutual in various capacities.
 
He is currently a Director at the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks (KASIB) and a member of the Fund Managers’ Association (FMA) where he chairs the Alternative Investments Committee. In addition, he sits on the Steering Committee of the Kenya Pension Funds Investment Consortium (KEPFIC) tasked with pushing the alternatives investment agenda within the retirement benefits industry.

Besides dedicating his time to the capital markets, he is actively involved in mentoring and supporting young Kenyan entrepreneurs and university students.

For the past 18 years Francis has been involved in offering investment advice to local and international institutional investors and raising debt and equity capital for corporates and medium sized businesses.  
Francis has deep hands-on experience in financial and business analysis, developing investment thesis, financial modelling and forecasting, coaching senior management, and developing actionable solutions for businesses and individuals. Francis has worked on and co-ordinated assignments spanning multiple jurisdictions and as a Part-time Lecturer at Strathmore University for 7 years. 
Francis was Awarded his CFA Charter (CFA®) in 2010. He holds a Bachelor of commerce (Finance Major) honours degree from the University of Nairobi and he is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
Francis has served as a Member of the Nairobi Securities Exchange Trading & Technology Committee, and a Board Member of CFA Society East Africa. Francis was elected to join the KASIB Board in 2024.
