AIR CHARTER
Our expertise and reach throughout the cargo aircraft charter market allows us to position any available type of aircraft you may need, anywhere in the World.
In these days of economic concern every penny counts. With much smaller overheads than the larger charter companies and forwarders we are able to offer clients the same aircraft type and date required without ever compromising service quality saving the client crucial funds in times of emergencies.
Working with our contacts we are always monitoring cargo airlines and routes where NGO’s are focused. During emergency clients often need to react quickly. Polygon Logistics is always ready to offer an aircraft at short notice on a one off or rotation basis. Aid supplies and equipment collection is also offered where needed and prompt delivery to the agreed departure airport ready for Customs processing and loading right through to departure.

We are not deterred by boundaries or physical location as we are widely connected and able to handle matters transparently and swiftly all over the world. This has been proved time and again with our greatest achievement being the forwarding of two live
dogs from Erbil, Iraq to Amman, Jordan for onward to Houston, USA while operating from our offices in Nairobi, Kenya.
This was during a time when the airports were about to be shut down but we managed to have the dogs collected from their guardian and airlifted on time to make it for their connecting flight to Houston where their owner was waiting to receive them.

MOVING OVERSEAS
This popular service completes our full range of services to our clients needs. Designed for staff working overseas who require their personal effects delivered to their new post. Movements across the Globe can be challenging for our clients. We take control from collection to delivery. We find many of our clients who we have assisted in the past stay in touch and often request our services again when they are reposted to another location or returning home.
We try to take as much pressure off you as possible. We know you have alot on your mind. For a no fuss service from your door to final destination please contact us for assistance. Sea, Air and Road services are offered. Collection service available for your shipment from anywhere in the world, which is carried out in liaison with our worldwide partners. 
Need Storage?  
We can offer storage facilities for your pending shipments.
Things to remember: 
      • Ensure you write a packing list and forward a copy to us. 
      • If required, we pack well using either good quality cardboard boxes or wooden crates. 
      • If required as well, we offer a fragile packing service at our location for any size items you want protected. 
      • Insurance cover for you and your shipment is optional, which can be arranged in liaison with any insurance company or your preferred choice.

OCEAN SERVICE
Vessels depart weekly to all Continents. Containerised services for large shipments of supplies, equipment and personal effects. Options are either groupage or dedicated containers depending on your shipment size.
Groupage Services for shippers who require less than a full container. FCL services for shippers who require an entire container.
For dedicated container services loading can be arranged at your premises ( subject to access ) or from our warehouse facilities. Typical sizes are 20 and 40ft units, Refrigerated containers, high cubes and open tops also available on request. Specialist services are also available for oversize equipment and oversize vehicles.
Container purchase options also offered for new and quality grade used condition units. Heavy lift loading services available at our warehouse facility.
ROAD FREIGHT SERVICES 
Our road freight logistical support service covers all your road freight requirements.
We arrange collections and deliveries by road on a daily basis for our clients shipments.
From small vans to large articulated vehicles in all configurations, we have access to any vehicle type you may need.
