PROPERTY VALUATION
MySpace Properties has registered valuers qualified to undertake the valuation of various types of real estate in Kenya whether for sale purposes, insurance, mortgage or estate planning. They provide comprehensive and professional valuation service from taking instructions, visiting property, verifying titles and other documentation as may be appropriate through completing and submitting to the client a detailed Property Valuation Report.
Myspace first appeared in the KPMG Top 100 rankings in 2018 and then 2019 became the top Real Estate firm in the list.
MySpace Property Ltd was admitted into the Ibuka program – Incubation Board on 3rd April 2019 as the fifth (5) firm in the programme.
Their primary objective is to raise capital for a Mombasa county mini mall development project with a material anchor tenant and 26 safety structured terms.
The firm’s financial statements for previous years have been discussed, a financial model for the project has been discussed and an Exploratory Debt Term Sheet has also been produced.
