Paul Wachira Mwai is the Chief Executive Officer of AIB Capital Ltd Paul has over 20 year experience in Investment banking, having worked in various departments within the Barclays group, including Barclays Merchant Finance Ltd (BMFL) and Barclays Dealing Centre, before joining Barclay-trust Investment Services in 1998 as a Fund Manager. He moved to Old Mutual Asset Managers following the acquisition of Barclay-trust by Old Mutual in October 2002 as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Asset Allocation Strategist. He has trained on Securitizations/PPPs and is currently interested in financing the Mining Industry. He is Director-Investment Banking, Standard Investment Bank Ltd, is a Board Member of Kenya Association of Stockbrokers & Investment Banks. He was involved in the development of the current Kenyan Capital Markets Master Plan. He was previously associated with Renaissance Capital (Kenya) Ltd and SBG Securities Ltd (formerly CFC Financial Services Ltd), Kenya.
Mr. Kirimi B.Com (Hons.), CPA (K), CPS (K), FCCA has served in various senior capacities in both Finance and General Management. He served on the boards of Kenya Commercial Bank and the Motor Trade and Allied Employers Association and is a former Senior Treasurer of the Nairobi University Council, Trustee Nairobi University Pensions Scheme and Chairman of its Investment Committee.

Dennis is the executive authority in the day to day running of Faida Investment Bank. He has over sixteen years experience in Investment Advisory and Portfolio Management. He has been instrumental in ensuring the implementation of various Exchange initiatives that have sustainably grown the Stock Market.
Dennis has been in-charge of portfolio management, Fixed Income and equities and is responsible for building and maintaining institutional and high net worth client relationships. His team's initial assignment was to produce an industry wide functionality requirement paper to be used in the purchase of the system. With the adoption of the requirements paper and purchase of the system, Donald and his team is now tasked with overseeing all functional additions and modifications to the BBO.
Previously, Donald worked at Investors Bank and Trust, USA where he was responsible for implementing upload systems for daily transaction tracking on mainframe, running nightly mainframe valuation and payment processing, conducting daily operations processing tasks among other duties.
